I can say .. Yes ! and it's something very important for Gallia..

Maybee have you seen many changes in the government, Legions leaves, others joins .. why?

In fact nothing wrong, Aika is a Globlal Game, sometime we haven't any " red shout " who can lead our Nation in the war, because all the Government have the same time zone, and they're sleeping.

All change now, two legions for "day time" and two legions for "night time".

All of us have understand that ..

Aika is a Global Game .. it's time for us to be a Global Nation !

In todays guild feature we got to chat with Guild leader 'Icaras' of genesis who was kind enough to take part in Gallia's guild feature. So for your pleasure read on. =)

Can you give us a little history about "Genesis"? What other MMOs have you been active in, if any?

Genesis has been going for near 5 years now, with it's 5th year coming in December. We've been active in games like ACE, Luna, FlyFF, ROHAN & A ton of other MMo's we've tried but didn't end up liking. Our core members have changed, but we still have members around from the 5 years. Inbetween MMO's we chill out by playing games of TA:Spring, Minecraft, GA.



Tell us a little bit about yourself, your MMO background and your role in "Genesis".
My name is Alex, I live in England, I like long walks by the beach and candle-lit dinners... I kid.
I play MMO's, and I work in IT. I've played more MMO's than I know how to count, starting with... *cringe* runescape.
My role in Genesis would be "Leader" I like to think no matter how laid back I can be, I can sort s**t out when need be.



Does your guild have a website?
Yeah, it's pretty cool. We have our fun with it, but it's been our home away from the MMO's.

What type of Guild is Genesis (PvP,PvE,friendly etc..) ?
Genesis is a "Do whatever is fun" guild. We've done pure PvP, We've done pure PvE, but right now i'd say we're a good mix of things.




What are your guild's goals in AikA Global?
Our goals are simply to work towards Gallia being "Winners" despite the drama, Gallia is where it's at.



I understand that Genesis is now a apart of the lord marshal Alliance,how does Genesis plan on creating a good nation for all ?
Genesis is one of the only 'Really' active non-pinoy guild, along with Requiem as our guild partners, we use the buffs to defend Gallia, when no one is online to defend Gallia.




What are the guild members and atmosphere in "Genesis" like? What is the average age?
The guild atmosphere in Genesis is what made me keep leading Genesis. It's one of a kind. Theres nothing like logging in vent to hear someone ranting about the funniest things. We have people who don't use vent, and that helps push the guild chat forwards. You haven't dungeoned untill you've done a dungeon with Wiggles screaming at you. While another certain OP Nightmage repeats "Help" ov3er and over again because the priest is busy raging. The average age is well... I'm not sure. We have 15 year olds, we have 30+ I don't think age matters in an MMO.




How is "Genesis" structured (How do the rankings work in guild etc..what do you expect from your officers)?
Genesis isn't ranked as I feel that belittles people more than it boosts people. We simply base power on trust, and who would be good for what job. E.G: Forum moderator will be given to those forum trolls of Genesis who never stop using them, while in game kicking rights will be given to those game whores.



Do you have an active forum, do you use voice software like Ventrilo or Teamspeak?
We have active forums, and use ventrilo. We're currently sporting a 35 slot server, and this makes our core team in Castle Siege VERY effective.



Do you raid as a Guild ( Pve or PvP raids ) if so, how many weekly raid days have you planned for ?
I think one of the reasons why Genesis can be respected in Gallia, is that for so long, along with our polish buddies Requiem, were the only guilds to raid actively and WIN without LM buffs. I'd say before the cap, we had atleast a raid a day, of course right now that's not as large.



What sets "Genesis" apart from the other guilds out there?
The ventrilo crowd, the fact no matter what you're like, or who you are, you'll fit into a group in Genesis. We have kiwi's, aussies, pinoys, hispanics and europians all who form a little "group" within Genesis. Not only are we apart of a guild, we have friends we enjoy gaming with daily.




How can interested players go about joining "Genesis" and what are the requirements?
The easiest way to go about joining Genesis is to drop me, or really anyone from genesis online, and they will forward you to someone with invite powers.
If that fails, drop an application at our site!

So today i got a chance to chat with the Gallian Lord Marshal Guild Leader Caladbolg, and he was kind enough to let me ask him a few questions.About his Guild and Gallia,check below for the fill Q&A(Questions & Answers) session.

Q)Can you give us a little history about "ANBU"? What other MMOs have you been active in, if any?

A)Hmm... I made ANBU when gallia is on its dark ages, to unite all players that is on different guilds, to avoid drama and other conflicts with other guilds.I played lots of MMos, but "Caladbolg" became Caladbolg on RFph, a former Race Leader of the Bellato, after that, I played ROHAN, but didnt reached max level ^^ I played Aika NA too, but quit because of the IPban, I've waited for AikaPH, but
thanks to t3fun, they released Aika Global so here i am :)




Q)Tell us a little bit about yourself, your MMO background and your role in "ANBU".

A)I'm friendly and competitive :) but the most important thing in playing is that you must enjoy what you're doing, like me. :) I think i already stated my MMo background on the first question, hehe. My Role in ANBU is to keep my members doing the right thing and always on the right path. We trust each other ^_^

A)It's both PVP and PVE type, but we're always active on raids and stuffs, and Honor Hunting on other nations ^_^

A)To lead and bring Gallia to the top :)



Q)I understand that ANBU is now a lord marshal guild,how does ANBU plan on creating a good nation for all ?

A)We must fix the guild conflicts on Gallia first, lots of strong guilds wants to be LM,Gallians must cooperate in order to create a good nation :)

A)Lots of naughty players XD haha! Ages are around 16 - 30+, btw... im 18 XD
I always do my best in disciplining them XD it's hard though... XD

A)We have no rankings :) all members are equal to each other ^_^

A)We raid everyday, we always invite all legions to come on our raids, everyone's welcome in our raid ^^

A)I guess we always do what's best for the nation, for Gallia :)

A)We're friendly :) haha! my only requirement is to be Loyal and be a lvl 40, but lvl 50s is our priority ^^

Drama and Castle Sieges don't mix well.

Dear Gallians,

Gallia is becoming but another empty nation. It appears that the exile scrolls have done more harm than good. Reports of groups of players and whole legions are moving out to other nations. More than half of Sicarus has moved away and there is also unconfirmed rumors that AeisLegion will be leaving as well.

The reason being for their moving is the countless drama and "power struggles". Some people think though that it's just they can't just bear each other's egos, a point which I am inclined to agree as I have observed at the by-lines.

Shifting alliances, moody players, greedy tyrants and innocent bystanders. Whatever group you may belong to, we are all affected. Gone are the golden days of Gallia and into the dark ages we plunge. Still, I encourage all remaining Gallians to continue to be loyal to the flag that we have sworn our allegiance to. Be steadfast and patient as the remaining Legions are trying to pull us out of this predicament.

If I may, off the record, I just think that leaving Gallia just because you can't get what you want is cowardly and absurd. I can't believe that people would rather leave than find common ground so that everyone could prosper. Then again, that's just my own opinion.

To show you're support, please be there when we need to defend or capture relics. Just showing up will mean a lot to us that remain loyal.

The basic logic behind this post is to let you guys know that all of us in the senate are throthing at the mouth for a chance to answer your questions ( newbie or complex! ) or just plainly assist you in game (or try) so please dont hesitate to ask us anything yes i mean ANYTHING!( well not anything but anything within reason! :P )
